Project Manager (KYC)

Their solutions create a single source of truth across customer and vendor data, enabling cost reduction, data reuse, and enhanced operational efficiency.We are seeking a Project Manager to support a leading alternative investments firm, focused on driving process improvement across KYC and onboarding operations. This is a client-facing role with ownership of workflow optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of scalable onboarding solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end KYC and onboarding process improvement initiatives, from discovery through to implementationManage onboarding workflows as a programme of work, identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable improvementsAct as the central point of coordination across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teamsEngage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide clear status updatesAnalyse existing onboarding processes, controls, and documentation flows to identify gaps and optimisation opportunitiesDesign and implement scalable, efficient onboarding frameworks aligned with regulatory requirementsTrack project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of key objectivesSupport governance and reporting across onboarding initiatives, including KPI tracking and process metricsProvide oversight and guidance to junior team members contributing to onboarding activitiesRequirements3+ years' experience in KYC / Onboarding, with exposure to process improvement, change, or project deliveryStrong understanding of KYC documentation, regulatory requirements and onboarding lifecycles within Financial ServicesDemonstrated experience managing workflows, projects, or operational change initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a process-driven mindsetConfident stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and client-facingAbility to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with a focus on control, quality, and efficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelBenefitsSalary: up to $65k
