Construction Office AdministratorA mid-size contractor specializing in demolition and sitework is seeking a Construction Office Administrator to support daily operations across office and field teams. This role is critical in keeping projects and internal processes running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry and payment processingSupport estimating and bidding efforts (bid calendar, bid bonds, forms, insurance requirements)Assist Project Managers with subcontracts, billing, compliance, and reportingHelp maintain DOT, licensing, and safety compliance documentationTrack equipment maintenance records and related costsHandle general office duties including phones, mail, supplies, and vendor coordinationQualifications:Associate's degree in Business Administration (or similar) and/or 3+ years of experienceExperience in office administration and basic accounting functionsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesConstruction industry experience is a plusAdditional Requirements:Valid driver's licenseAbility to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbsWhat's Offered:Stable, team-oriented environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHealth, life, and retirement benefits with employer matchPaid time off and long-term growth opportunityThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced construction environment and wants to play a key role supporting both field and office operations.If you are interested in this Office Administrator role please apply!
