Portfolio Analyst

Portfolio Analyst- Contract Role- Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite, Bridgewater, NJRedStream Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Portfolio Analyst to support financial and procurement operations at our client's corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ. This role is responsible for managing cost structures, supporting procurement workflows, and ensuring accurate financial tracking across projects and portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial processes, procurement systems, and cross-functional project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor cost centers, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expensesSupport general ledger setup and maintenance to ensure financial accuracy and complianceOversee chargeback processes, including validation and reconciliationHandle end-to-end procurement activities, including: Purchase requisitionsPurchase ordersGoods receipt processingFinal procurement actions and closeoutCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management initiatives and financial planningUtilize procurement and financial tools to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracyAssist in identifying process improvements within procurement and financial workflowsEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in financial analysis, procurement operations, or a related fieldStrong understanding of cost centers, general ledger structures, and financial reconciliation processesHands-on experience with procurement lifecycle activities (requisitions through final actions)Experience with procurement and financial tools (e.g., Zycus, BlackLine, or similar platforms)Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with enterprise procurement systems and financial platformsFamiliarity with process optimization and automation within procurement workflowsAbility to adapt quickly to new tools and systemsWork Environment:Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting finance and procurement teamsOpportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
