Call Center Agent

About the role:
The Telecare clinic will provide scheduling and telehealth services for Caring Networks brick-and-mortar affiliate clinics. Scheduling Agents and Telehealth Nurses serve as our first responders: communicating value and care such that potential patients schedule and show for in-person appointments.
Scheduling Agents schedule appointments for at-risk women following appropriate script and procedures including a warm transfer to Telehealth Nurse if available.
Responsibilities include:
Answer inbound communications according to Standard Operating Procedures
Utilize the Electronic Medical Records platform (Salesforce)
Utilize the communication platform (Lead Center)
Listen attentively
Set appointments using script
Attend to appointment reschedules and reminders
Participate in quality assurance process
Maintain communication with Telehealth Nurses and in-clinic patient teams
Adhere to all policies and procedures as applicable
Manage difficult conversations with patients with grace, facilitating favorable outcomes
Establish trust as 1st patient crisis intervention
Actively pray for patients and team members
Learn to communicate Caring Network’s mission as well as identify and celebrate Core Values whenever they are demonstrated.
Seek personal and professional growth and learn to train others in the Call Center Agent role
Qualifications:
A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers.
Must be willing to participate in Call Center Agent training
Sales experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
