If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to "Define and Redefine the State of Possible," please apply today!ResponsibilitiesThe PM provides strategic oversight of cyber defense and monitoring missions, ensuring high‑quality security operations.Oversees SOC operations, incident management frameworks, and service delivery excellenceServes as strategic engagement point with DoS leadership for cyber response capabilitiesEnsures resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligenceOperations & Tasks OverseenSOC performance monitoringIncident response workflowsThreat intelligence operationsDaily reporting, dashboards, and executive summariesSIEM tuning and monitoring optimizationRequirements7+ years' experience with SOC or Cyber OperationsA CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is requiredExperience with SIEM administration, log analysis, threat detectionA minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance) Educational RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field.
