Program Manager (Navy Microsoft Programs)
ResponsibilitiesSeeking a Program Manager to lead the execution and technical oversight of complex information technology projects that using the Microsoft Cloud platform and solutions for the US Navy. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple initiatives with overall responsibility for delivery, including staffing, customer relationship management, planning, risk management, issues resolution, schedule management, and budget management. Responsiblities include:Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary technical authority for major DoD programs, ensuring alignment between technological solutions and the client’s mission objectives.Program Execution: Oversee the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for large-scale IT deployments, including cloud migration, cybersecurity hardening, and enterprise architecture.Microsoft Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with Microsoft product development, engineering, and support teams to optimize Microsoft support to our DoD customers.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the technical liaison to DoD senior leadership, providing transparent reporting on project milestones, technical risks, and resource allocation.Solution Architecture: Drive the design of scalable, interoperable systems that comply with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) standards while coordinating with solution architects within the company.Required SkillsU.S CitizenActive DOD Clearance or higher 10+ years of IT leadership experience with a Large DoD Systems Integrator or as a Navy government employee with focus on Microsoft-based programsLed multiple Microsoft focused projects for Navy customersSpecific experience supporting Microsoft solutions in IL4/5/6 environments, including Navy Flank SpeedStrong knowledge of DoD standards and operating environmentsProven track record in managing Microsoft projects following Agile methodologiesExceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into executive-level briefs.Experience as the primary interface to senior DoD officials Ability to work in the Washington Metro area or Norfolk, VA area
