We’re hiring a General Manager + Assistant General Manager for El Cholo in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area - LA’s first Mexican restaurant, family-owned since 1923!Established in 1923, El Cholo is LA’s first Mexican restaurant and has remained family-owned ever since. Now led by Ron Salisbury, grandson of the founders, the restaurant is built on a long-standing commitment to quality, tradition, and a team that has been part of the business for many years.
