Senior Project Manager (MEP - Design)

We are looking for a MEP Project Manager in our dynamic Miami office (Hybrid role). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projectsResponsible for client communicationsShould have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners.Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the clients needs.Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out.Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments.Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines.Assist with business development and development of proposals.KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science degree in EngineeringPE license preferred7 plus years project management experienceUnderstand industry trends.Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.Working knowledge of BIM and RevitDecision making and judgement necessary.The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical skills and organized.Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm.Client-facing skills.Flexible & Hybrid CultureWe know that work / life integration is important to our employees.
