In this role, you will be crucial to getting our new customers off to a great start and ensuring they fully utilize GoodTime's capabilities. Your expertise will be the foundation for each successful launch!To ensure a smooth and impactful launch, you will provide consulting on best practices and offer creative solutions for tailoring GoodTime's value to our customers' goals.Our ideal candidate will possess technical implementation and project management experience. You must be tech-savvy and passionate about partnering with recruiting leaders and their teams to streamline processes, support their goals, and drive tremendous value.What Success Looks Like:Successfully lead customer project teams through a multi-phase implementation project plan Communicate project status, issues, and risks while escalating effectively as appropriateUse effective training techniques and methodology to communicate complex ideas in a digestible way to drive product adoptionProactively build and monitor customer experience playbooks; create strategies to address, track, and monitor the results of the playbooksMaintain an expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hire product (technical and workflow) and recruiting industry to identify new opportunitiesUtilize internal tools to track customer plans, engagements, and their resultsTrack the right data at the right time, so information about the customer is always up to date, accurate, and provides transparency on the health of our customersExperience managing and collaborating with 3rd party consultants Must Have:2+ years of experience in Professional Services Implementation/Onboarding - Implementing HR Technology strongly preferred Strong project management and problem solving skills Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience and translate requirements into actionable items Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAdept at building strong networks and relationshipsStrong self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment that is capable and willing to wear multiple hatsAbility to effectively partner cross functionally with engineering, product, sales, marketing, etc.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Bonus:Strong preference for a candidate who has implemented HR or Recruiting Technology Recruiting background and/or HR Technology experienceExperience using GoodTime Hire ProductCommitment to YouThe more diverse and inclusive the workplace, the more our product, community, and company can flourish.
