We are now expanding and looking to build a bigger and stronger team of empathetic and caring mental health professionals.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain clinical files by filing paperwork no less than bi-weekly and ensuring that all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion.Provide individual counseling to assigned caseload on a weekly basis.Facilitate group therapy sessions if and when deemed necessary.Complete all clinical assessments and paperwork such as Biopsychosocial, Master Treatment Plans, Treatment Plan reviews, and ancillary documentation within 48 hours of contact with clients.Complete state reporting documents CFARS/FARS (admission, 6 months, discharge). MHO’s (admission, quarterly, discharge). ASAM’s (admission, monthly, discharge).Complete prior authorizations for all clients prior to administering clinical services. Resubmit prior authorizations prior to the date requested by the insurance companies.Complete progress notes within 48 hours of face-to-face contact.Submit progress notes every 48 hours from the date services are rendered.Comply with AHCA stipulations for TBOS and individual therapist.Ensure that Medicaid is active, and the insurance provided has not changed at the beginning of each monthMaintain productivity at 85% of caseload.Attend supervision weekly, biweekly, monthly contingent on recommendation from Lead Therapist to no less than 1 time per month.Complete compliance training as needed to comply with licensure and DCF licensing (Relias Training)Check email communication daily.Perform other related duties as assigned by Residential Supervisor and others.Education And/or ExperienceMinimum of a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Social Work.Must be Licensed with the Florida Board.Benefits HighlightsRetirement: 403B plan matching up to 5%Balance: Competitive Vacation and PTO plan, 11 paid Holidays.Development: Leadership development, personal and professional growth.Culture: Loved and faith-based mission, respect to diversity; going through expansion and growth.Our Mission is to “Restore individuals and families to psychological, social, physical, and Spiritual health.”Agape Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
