Pastry Assistant

*About the Role:* We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Pastry Assistant* with *plant-based experience* to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role includes not only pastry prep and production but also *supporting dinner service with high-quality plating*. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare and assist with production of plant-based desserts and pastries * Support evening service by plating desserts and contributing to presentation of dishes * Work closely with the head chef and pastry chef to ensure quality and consistency * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation * Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards *What We’re Looking For:* * Proven experience in a *plant-based* kitchen or pastry environment * Strong eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dinner service setting * Available to work from 2am to 10am *Tuesday to Sunday (Baker's Hours)* * Team-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about plant-based cuisine *To Apply:* Send your resume and a short introduction highlighting your plant-based pastry experience to contact@id-eclair.com Apply in person Tuesday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm at: ID-eclair, 169 W.
