Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Private Equity

Overview:We are partnering with a leading large-cap digital infrastructure fund seeking a Vice President to join its NYC-based investment team. Key Responsibilities:Lead evaluation and execution of investments across data centers and hyperscale infrastructureBuild, own, and review complex financial models and valuation analysesDrive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiationsPartner with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiativesSupport portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-makingQualifications:5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investingStrong transaction experience with increasing ownership of deal executionPrior experience in digital infrastructure (data centers, cloud, fiber)Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilitiesDemonstrated leadership and ability to manage workstreams and junior talent
