Digital Manufacturing Leader

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we're looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:   Education & Experience:   Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments. Advanced experience with: Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) PowerApps Power Automate SharePoint development Strong database knowledge (SQL, data modeling, data transformation). Experience building automated reporting and digital workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred / Strong Plus: Experience working with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA). Demonstrated experience connecting to SAP and extracting data for reporting. Understanding of SAP production, maintenance, inventory, or financial modules. Experience integrating SAP data into Power BI or other analytics platforms. Familiarity with API integrations and advanced automation. Experience in CPG or food & beverage manufacturing.
