We value our team and offer a strong benefits package to support you both personally and professionally: 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HRA covering $4,500 of your $5,000 deductible 401(k) with 4% employer match Generous Paid Time Off (up to 17 days per year) 14 paid holidays + birthday off Paid parental leave Volunteer time off Tuition reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You'll Do: Lead and support adoption and permanency planning for children in care Partner with foster and adoptive families to navigate the adoption process Serve as a resource to Case Managers and families on permanency-related topics Provide adoption orientation and education to families Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies Help plan and participate in adoption-related events and celebrations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful outcomes What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred) At least 2 years of experience working with children and/or families (preferred) Knowledge of or ability to meet Pennsylvania regulatory requirements Valid Pennsylvania driver's license Required clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This role involves a mix of office and community-based work, including: Extended periods of sitting and computer use Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Light lifting (up to 1015 lbs) Clear communication in person, by phone, and electronically Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
