What You'll Do:
Lead and support adoption and permanency planning for children in care
Partner with foster and adoptive families to navigate the adoption process
Serve as a resource to Case Managers and families on permanency-related topics
Provide adoption orientation and education to families
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Help plan and participate in adoption-related events and celebrations
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience working with children and/or families (preferred)
Knowledge of or ability to meet Pennsylvania regulatory requirements
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Required clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, and FBI
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role involves a mix of office and community-based work, including:
Extended periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Light lifting (up to 1015 lbs)
Clear communication in person, by phone, and electronically
