A uniquely qualified candidate possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Support US Cyber Command's Advanced Capabilities Directorate J9 with internal task execution. All work is 100% on site at the government customer location in Columbia MD, with normal business hours of Monday - Friday spanning time of 6am to 5pm for office hours. Telework or hybrid work locations are NOT AUTHORIZED $100,000 - $160,000 a year QualificationsDegree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline and one of the following: 10+ years of experience with a Master's degree 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree 16+ years of experience with Associate's Degree or HS Diploma What You'll Be Doing:Provide technical and functional expertise on Service strategy, policy, planning and operations Provide document reviews, analyze issues, prepare comments and coordination with leadership for policy, legislation and decision memoranda Collaborate throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for information Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and manage communication with all leads Plan, monitor, and coordinate response schedules and actions to achieve positive end results Utilize an internal Task Management System to manage actions Review and determine all appropriate requirements required for task completion Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responses Administer all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrence Draft and coordinate point papers in support of USCYBERCOM J9 Directorate leadership to accomplish a coordinated response with internal and external stakeholders Engage Government leadership at the Division Chief and Director level regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy regarding J9 posture on time-sensitive tasks Assist Government leadership with implementing Command initiatives and objectives and contribute to the development of concepts of operation and doctrine pertaining to cyber operations Participate in cross functional teams and cross functional events What Required Skills You'll Bring:Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Bachelor's degree in relevant field 8+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects 5+ years experience with DoD and military staff What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Knowledge Management skills and abilities Solid communications skills with senior leaders Salary ranges for this position will be disclosed and discussed during the candidate interviews prior to the Company extending a potential Contingency Offer for the position.
