Commercial Project Manager (Jacksonville)

My client is hiring a Construction Project Manager to own commercial projects from award through close-out. This is a role for a PM who knows how to keep jobs moving, keep subs accountable, protect the budget, and communicate confidently with owners, architects, and field teams.Qualifications:Multi-family or wood framed hotels.P6 experience/PrimaveraProficient with ProcoreTrack record of stability with companies (no jumping from contractor to contractor every few years)Responsibilities:Full administrative lifecycle management of commercial construction projects from kickoff to punch list and close-outBudget tracking, job cost management, and protection of project marginOversight of RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and schedule of valuesRunning OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetingsReading plans, specs, and scopes to identify gaps before they become costly issuesDaily coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectorsHolding subcontractors accountable to schedule and scopeClear communication with clients and internal leadership on progress and issuesMaintaining project schedules using tools such as Procore, P6, Primavera, or similar PM softwareMy client ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company.
