Policy Analyst - TS/SCI with CI Poly

The Policy Analyst - Senior, will advise and assist with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis, with a focus on providing expert strategic- and operational-level assistance. The contractor will provide business management and strategy support to synchronize GEOINT analytic activities and resources across NGA and its partners. The Senior Policy Analyst will review, document, and create agency level policies in accordance with senior leadership direction, the DoW and the IC. The Senior Policy Analyst may also be responsible for developing practices and processes for policy management, international and partner agreements, cross agency support agreements, disclosure, and release.Duties May Include:Support executive management, processes, leadership, and reportingSupport NGA requirements and executive management, processes, leadership, and reportingSupport Mission Management strategy, development, and executionDevelop strategy documentation and guidance to support management processesFacilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning needsIdentify and provide support to business processes and improvementsProvide business analytics, metrics, or other analysis to measure successAdvise the Government in establishing mission goals and objectivesLead development of strategic planning, business analytics, and operational or performance assessments to help improve the mission and managementFacilitate and moderate daily, weekly, and monthly small to large senior-level groups for activities across the NSG and ASGAdvise on process/management improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement effortsTranslate strategic directives or policy into operational specificationsProvide assessment and recommendations of new policy or management changesRequirementsA minimum of a Master's degree in Business or Management or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience with business analytics and metrics reporting, to include program management concepts, processes, and execution. In lieu of a Master's degree, 15+ years.
