We partner with some of the largest organizations in the world to change the way they use information.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role responsible for architecting, customizing, and deploying Sinequa’s enterprise AI search platform in complex customer environments.Depending on your experience, you will either serve as a key contributor or a senior technical lead on strategic implementations, designing solutions, guiding clients through the integration process, and contributing to long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & ImplementationDesign, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to client requirementsBuild and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrationsImplement AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategiesCustomize and extend the search platform UX and UI based on customer needsClient Engagement & EnablementPresent technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiencesLead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teamsProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablementKey Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering rolesHands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar)1+ year of frontend experience using Angular, TypeScript, or ReactStrong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiencesWhy Join Sinequa by ChapsVision?Be part of a small, dynamic team growing the North American market for ChapsVisionWork on an AI-native search platform with enterprise impactFast-growing, innovative work environment with strong career growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary structure with high earning potentialGenerous PTO, health benefits from day one, 401(k) with employer match, wellness and commuter benefits, and more!CompensationThe annual compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 base.
