Technical Source is currently in search of a BIM Administrator for our pharmaceutical client in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position that requires onsite work. The qualified candidate should have experience managing models, developing strategies, and supporting BIM execution.Responsibilities of the BIM Administrator include:Own Setup, Structure, and Maintenance of Revit ModelsManage Model Sharing WorkflowsDrive BIM Execution StrategyAssist with BIM Support & TrainingQualifications of the BIM Administrator include:5+ Years of Revit ExperiencePrevious Ownership of Overall Model ManagementHistory of Working with BIM Execution PlansIndustrial Manufacturing Experience (Pharmaceutical Preferred)*No C2C or Sponsorship is available at this time**Compensation will scale based on experience and fit*
