The role ensures that IVR solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with long-term business and technical strategy.Working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, IVR Engineers, and cross-functional teams, the Architect translates business goals and non-functional requirements into clear architectural direction.
