This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a motivated professional with strong field leadership experience and a commitment to quality, safety, and project execution.Key Responsibilities· Oversee daily field operations for civil sitework and utility construction projects· Supervise crews and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution· Perform and verify survey and layout work· Manage heavy earthwork operations, including excavation and grading· Oversee installation of underground utilities, including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water systems, and pump stations· Coordinate work with utility providers, including electric and communications companies· Manage roadway construction activities, including subgrade preparation and paving· Ensure proper installation of finishes, including curbs, sidewalks, pavers, and asphalt· Enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with project specifications· Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies·Qualifications· Proven experience in heavy civil construction, sitework, or utility construction· Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, and underground utility installation· Experience with survey and layout· Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and manage job site operations·Skills and Competencies· Strong leadership and team coordination skills· High attention to detail with a focus on quality control· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively· Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field· Strong work ethic and reliability·Technical Requirements· Experience with GPS/GNSS Machine Control Systems or Machine Guidance Systems· General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook)
