SAP EHS Project Manager

Role/Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery accountability for EHS and ESG technology transformation programmes, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all project workstreams.Define and maintain comprehensive programme plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), RACI matrices, resource plans, and dependency registers using PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).Chair programme governance forums including weekly project status meetings, steering committee reviews, change control boards, and risk and issue management sessions.Manage programme financials including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, EAC / ETC forecasting, and variance reporting in alignment with HCLTech commercial obligations.Drive delivery against contracted scope, proactively identifying, documenting, and managing scope changes through formal change control processes.Coordinate across multiple simultaneous delivery workstreams (e.g., Intelex configuration, Enhesa integration, data migration, training, cutover) ensuring cross-workstream dependencies are tracked and resolved.Ensure programme documentation — project charters, design documents, test plans, cutover runbooks, and post-go-live reports — is complete, current, and accessible to all stakeholders.Team Leadership & Resource Management:Lead, manage, and develop a cross-functional delivery team of 5–15 EHS consultants, functional analysts, solution architects, integration developers, and test leads across onshore (US/Canada) and offshore (India) locations.Asign workstream responsibilities, set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members at all levels.Partner with HCLTech Resource Management and Practice Leadership to plan staffing requirements, onboard resources, and manage capacity across the programme lifecycle.Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture that prioritises client outcomes, continuous improvement, and professional development.dentify skills gaps within the delivery team and proactively work with Practice Leadership and HR to address through training, certification, or targeted recruitment.Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews for direct reports, providing constructive, evidence-based feedback aligned to HCLTech competency frameworks.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology programme delivery, or enterprise transformation project management, with at least 4 years in a client-facing PM or delivery lead role.• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream EHS/ESG technology implementation programmes ($1M+ budget) on time and within scope.• Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms — particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa — including the ability to review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans.• Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.• Proven experience managing and developing cross-functional teams of 5+ resources spanning onshore/offshore delivery models.• Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90).• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenter to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.• PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.• Experience working in or delivering EHS services to a semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing enterprise is strongly preferred.• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor.• Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.• Familiarity with SEMI S2/S8/S14, Cal/OSHA, and semiconductor-specific EHS obligations (cleanroom chemical safety, hazardous gas management, fab environmental reporting).• Experience with PFAS/PFOA regulatory compliance programme management in manufacturing environments.• Proficiency in programme analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for project dashboard reporting and EHS/ESG KPI visualisation.• Prior experience with EHS platform vendor partnerships (Intelex Gold/Platinum Partner, Enhesa partner network) is a strong advantage.• Exposure to ESG data management, GHG accounting, and sustainability disclosure reporting in a programme delivery context.Pay and Benefits:Pay Range Minimum: $122,000 per yearPay Range Maximum: $180,000 per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
