As a Mid Market Account Manager at Spectrum, you will focus on upselling, renewing and retaining voice, data and video services for existing customers in the Mid-market and Enterprise segments. Your consultative approach and dedication to client partnerships will help boost revenue and reinforce Spectrum's reputation for trusted solutions.How You Will Make an ImpactUpsell voice, data, cloud and video services to existing customers and secure contract renewals within assigned segmentsWin back former customers by presenting compelling solutions and incentivesAchieve monthly revenue quotas through strategic account management and targeted sales activitiesInitiate contact with prospective clients through telephone outreach, cold call visits, networking and participation in industry eventsDevelop customer-centric proposals that articulate Spectrum's value propositionCollaborate with Account Executive and Account Consultant teams for seamless handoff and ongoing client managementMaintain comprehensive sales databases to track activity and customer informationWork closely with Sales Support and Marketing teams to drive successful account outcomesParticipate in sales meetings and training sessions to deepen your knowledge and expertiseWorking Conditions* Office-based role with occasional travel to customer locationsWhat You Will Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation* High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)Experience* Working knowledge of computers, computer networking, Internet solutions and fiber-connected networksPreferred QualificationsEducation* Bachelor's degree in a business-related fieldExperience* Account management or sales experience in the telecommunications B2B industrySkills* Practical experience using CRM systems such as SalesForce* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook#LI-MD2SCM240 2026-71730 2026Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
