Location: 122 North Langley Road, Suite A & B, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 Hours: 5-10 hours per week Benefits: NoneJob DescriptionNature of Work:Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment and ongoing medication management for individuals with mental health diagnoses who are currently receiving care for opioid use disorder and co-occurring substance use disorders. Requires on-site availability at least one day per week, responsiveness to emergent needs during the week, and proficiency with telehealth platforms. Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals receiving medications for opioid use disorder and demonstrate an understanding of a harm reduction and person-centered model of care.EducationMinimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in nursing or related field from an accredited college or university.ExperiencePrevious experience prescribing psychiatric medication to individuals with substance use disorders.License Or CertificationMust possess a current license as a nurse practitioner from the Maryland Board of Nursing with Psych specialization from the Maryland Board of Physicians.Desired Or Preferred QualificationsPreferred experience prescribing psychiatric medication to individuals on medication for opioid use disorder.How To ApplyApplicants who meet the minimum qualifications can apply.Send a Completed County Application Or Resume ToHuman Resources3 Harry S.
