PART TIME JANITORLOCATION: FARMINGTON HILLS, MIJob Function:As a janitor you'll work as part of a dedicated team cleaning commercial properties. Our janitors complete various cleaning related tasks aspart of their day-to-day duties. Schedule: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 5PM - 9PM Duties and Responsibilities:Cleaning RestroomsVacuum, sweep and mopCollect trashWipe surfacesOther various cleaning related tasksMinimum Qualifications :Reliable transportation Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood time management and organizational skillsReliability and strong attendance recordProfessional demeanor and customer-service mindsetOptional Qualifications:Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experienceExperience using industrial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet cleaners)Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequentlyAbility to climb ladders or step stools when necessaryAbility to perform repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, and vacuumingBenefits/PerksCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
