The City Launcher acts as the face of operations in the region — owning hiring, onboarding, training, field performance, and customer launch success.This role combines recruiting, field operations, training, and client support. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with people, and can quickly identify top talent while maintaining high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, onboard, and train onsite support staff (OSS)Manage field quality and ensure excellent customer experienceCoach and evaluate team members during live shiftsCoordinate staffing coverage and operational readinessSupport restaurant partnerships, test orders, and local market growthAct as the operational point person for the assigned NYC hubIdeal Background2–5 years of experience in operations, recruiting, hospitality, workforce management, or field leadershipStrong communication and coaching skillsComfortable working independently and in the fieldAble to provide direct feedback and manage performanceExperience in gig economy, marketplace operations, hospitality, or startup environments is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeStrong and reliable local workforce pipelineSmooth customer launches and high service qualityFast onboarding and ramp-up of new hiresConsistent operational execution across all shiftsWell-managed and organized local hub operationsLocation RequirementCandidates must be based within 30 minutes of NYC and comfortable commuting locally between office locations, restaurants, and client sites.
