Treske Precision Machining, Inc. is a Space & Defense, Electronics, and Commercial precision machine shop. We have an immediate full-time opening for an Assembly Manager. We are a growing company seeking a capable, flexible, and dependable leader to oversee and scale our Assembly Department on day shift.Assembly work at Treske consists of high-value, high-precision machined components. Typical assembly processes include:Installing inserts (Helicoils, Key Inserts, dowel pins, P.E.M. inserts/studs, bushings)Laser and ink part markingSealant and gasketing applicationsSub-assembly bench work (fastened components)Occasional rivetingJob SummaryThe Assembly Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Assembly Department. This role owns production output, quality, staffing, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
