This role is vital in delivering innovative design solutions and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage healthcare architecture projects from inception to completion.Ensure compliance with HCAi and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior architects and project managers.Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.Develop and review project proposals, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with overall project goals.QualificationsLicensed Architect with AIA and NCARB certification preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in healthcare architecture.Proven track record of successfully delivering HCAi and OSHPD projects.Strong leadership skills with experience as a Project Director or Associate Principal.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management and team collaboration.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryBonuses100% employee-ownedEmployee Stock Option Plan401kMedical, Dental, VisionFlexible Hybrid ScheduleMuch more
