Because this territory is concentrated within the DFW Metroplex, this role offers a strong work-life balance with no overnight travel required.Key Responsibilities:Territory Management: Manage and expand an existing $2.5M territory, with a targeted increase to $3.2M+ within the first year.Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with North Texas builders, contractors, dealers, and lumberyards.Value-Based Selling: Drive sales of premium window products through consultative, value-based selling strategies.Local Coverage: Conduct daily in-person visits across the DFW Metroplex; 100% local travel with no overnight stays required.Data Management: Utilize SAP CRM to track opportunities, manage accounts, and deliver accurate sales forecasting.Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of the North Texas market, including competitive positioning, pricing, and channel activity.Collaboration: Partner with internal sales leadership and support teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.What We’re Looking For:Experience & Background5+ years of outside sales experience within the building materials industry.Strong familiarity with selling to Texas-based builders, contractors, dealers, and lumberyards.Experience with premium window products is highly preferred.Proficiency with CRM systems (SAP CRM experience is a plus).Comfortable operating independently in a high-volume metropolitan market.Core CompetenciesRelationship-Driven: An account-management–oriented mindset (this is an individual contributor role).DFW Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the local "handshake" culture and construction landscape in North Texas.Reliability: Stable career history with a consistent track record of hitting sales targets.Discipline: Organized and able to maintain a structured sales cadence in a remote/home-office environment.The Rewards:Base + Uncapped Commission Plan tied to sales performance.Annual Bonus based on total territory growth.Expected Total Compensation: $120,000 (Base + Commission + Bonus).Full Benefits Package: Including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).Car/Tech: Motus program (vehicle reimbursement), plus company-provided phone and laptop.Stability: Opportunity to represent a respected brand with a long history of craftsmanship and product innovation.Community: The DFW MetroplexThis position is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, currently the most active residential construction market in the country.Concentrated Opportunity: The density of the DFW market allows for high-volume sales without the need for long-distance travel.Strategic Location: Benefit from a booming local economy, no state income tax, and a central hub that is home to some of the nation's largest homebuilders.
