VP Commercial MEP PE

OverviewSeeking a senior leadership professional to support the expedited growth of the commercial engineering division. This individual will partner closely with President of Commercial engineering and oversee a team of directors and engineers delivering work across gaming, hospitality, healthcare, and science/laboratory environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight to Directors and senior engineering staffSupport delivery across commercial MEP projects (gaming, hospitality, healthcare, labs)Drive client relationship management and retentionAct as a senior escalation point for project execution and delivery qualityCollaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and team scalingEnsure strong responsiveness, communication, and client trustProfessional Engineer (P.E.) required15–25+ years of MEP engineering experienceProven experience leading teams through Directors / senior managersStrong background in commercial MEP environmentsExperience in commercial Gaming, Hospitality, Healthcare, Labs MEP projectsDemonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior levelExcellent communication and leadership presence1-2 days per week in-office
