RF Application Technician

Role Description We are looking for a full-time RF Application Technician to join our team in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. This is an on-site role, where responsibilities include providing technical support for RF Shielded Test Enclosures, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and conducting training on equipment usage. The technician will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the refinement of testing solutions. Qualifications Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting of electronic or RF equipmentStrong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients effectivelyAbility to conduct Training and demonstrate product functionality to clientsKnowledge of RF systems and testing technologies is highly preferredPrevious experience in a technical field or related industry is advantageousA degree or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related technical discipline is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skills
