Machine Assembler

About the Role We are seeking a mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Machine Assembler to contribute to the construction of industrial machinery. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, and heavy equipment repair to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production process. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality equipment to our customers. Responsibilities Assemble fabricated and machined components with a strong emphasis on mechanical precision. Independently manage the rigging and loading of trucks using overhead cranes, ensuring safe and efficient transport. Perform intricate assembly tasks on machinery, ranging from small to large scale, adhering to strict quality standards. Interpret and apply information from blueprints and schematics to guide the assembly process. Conduct thorough final inspections of all parts to guarantee they meet or exceed quality benchmarks, contributing to overall product excellence. Proactively determine the appropriate tools and machinery needed to meet production schedules, optimizing workflow. Champion a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities. Experience operating overhead cranes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including metric conversions. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Experience repairing heavy industrial equipment. Welding experience. Experience with hydraulics systems.
