Job Description Program Manager embedded in federal agency with at least four years of direct management experience. Organize program in accordance with the mission of the agency. Support the strategic direction of the agency. Oversee and follow operating plan for the program Evaluate program and identify areas for improvement Manage a diverse team with a diversity of talents Implement and manage change to ensure goals are achieved Meet and communicate with key agency stakeholders Analyze program risks Perform other functions related to position Qualifications At least 4 years direct business leadership experience in professional services support.
