The focus of the Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinci Surgical Systems utilization in the Traverse City territory./ppstrongEssential Job Duties/strong (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)/pulliPartner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization/liliMentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications/liliBe a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties/liliSupport regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption/liliDevelop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised/liliDrive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs/liliDrive the sales of instruments and accessories/liliMentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales team/liliResponsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Skills and Experience/strong (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pullistrongA minimum of 5 years/strong of sales experience including strong2+ years in healthcare sales/strong./liliAbility to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed/li/ulpstrongRequired Education and Training/strong (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pulliBachelors degree required/li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions/strong (As applicable - Any physical requirements for the job.
