Senior User Experience Designer

UX Designer / Information Architect (Mid–Senior Level)Experience: 8–12 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Information Architect with 8 to 12 years’ experience who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, user‑centric experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver high‑quality UX solutions at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirementsConduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain pointsCreate UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypesDesign and present high‑fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoffIterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedbackMaintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standardsPartner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely deliveryGuide teams on UX best practices within assigned projectsRequired Skills & Experience6–10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information ArchitectStrong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem‑solving, and executionExpertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVisionExperience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and LucidStrong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architectureBehavioral CompetenciesImpactful Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and visionCollaboration: Proven experience working with cross‑functional teamsTime Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelinesOther PreferencesCritical: Experience integrating AI tools into the design processCritical: Understanding of designing UX for AI‑driven productsBachelor’s degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)Experience in the life sciences domain is a plusExposure to accessibility‑focused design is desirable
