Director of PostpartumFull-time Days (No Weekends)Ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit. Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Manage clinical practice variation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal/regulatory standards. Foster interdisciplinary communication and ensure appropriate clinical competencies among staff.
