Customer Care Representative

Job DescriptionReviews and determines final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests. Quotes prices for special doors and coordinates special product orders with plant personnel. Maintains relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications. Supports on-boarding of new customers. Understanding of Returns and Allowances.Qualifications 2-4 years prior experience required, industry experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
