Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing all daily bar operations, service readiness, and presentation standards Leading, coaching, and developing a polished, high-performing bar team Managing beverage ordering, inventory, invoices, and cost controls Ensuring all beverage menus, POS updates, and recipes remain accurate and current Monitoring guest service to deliver warm, refined, and memorable hospitality Upholding company standards for cleanliness, organization, cash handling, and compliance Driving bar revenue while maintaining labor and beverage costs within budget Serving as a key member of the restaurant’s leadership team during opening and closing shifts Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive hourly pay with top-tier earning potential, along with opportunities for professional growth within one of the nation’s premier restaurant groups. Requirements include: Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants. (high-volume experience preferred) Must be 21 years of age or older 2+ years of bar management experience in upscale, luxury, or fine dining preferred Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails Strong understanding of inventory systems, beverage cost, labor management, and ordering Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills Ability to lead both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
