Remote-First Full Stack Engineer – Backend Focus

Tiny Health is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our Product & Engineering team. You’ll design and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases powering our microbiome platform, and contribute across the stack when needed. You’ll collaborate to deliver end-to-end features, lead database architecture improvements, and participate in DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring initiatives as we scale our systems.
