General Laborer

Job Description The General Labor associate is responsible for supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or production operations by performing a variety of physical tasks to ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials Pack, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage Assemble products, components, or materials according to work instructions Assist with production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse operations as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Inspect products and assembled items for quality and report any defects or issues Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities Maintain productivity standards while meeting deadlines Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and workplace regulations Assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
