Lead Data Scientist (Predictive Analytics)

Overview As Lead Data Scientist for Predictive Workforce Analytics, you will drive data-driven HR decisions for Government and Public Services clients, delivering dashboards and predictive models to support workforce planning and IT modernization. You will work hybrid in the Mid-Atlantic with NSF-focused engagements, aligning analytics with OCIO/OCHCO policies and SLAs. You’ll lead cross-functional analytics efforts to enable better workforce outcomes and regulatory compliance, shaping predictive insights for mission-critical programs.
