Shell Order Entry RepresentativeCalvert, AlabamaABOUT THE ROLEThe Shell Order Entry Representative plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer purchase orders within a steel processing facility. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end order entry process, including confirming receipt of new purchase orders, routing emails and supporting documents to internal teams, entering order details into SAP, and maintaining professional communication across departments. The role also involves saving and attaching order documents, communicating customer approvals, revisions, and cancellations, and conducting secondary reviews to ensure all orders are properly processed. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
