Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program roadmap and sprint plans for ingestion, catalog, and DQ tracks.Manage cross‐functional team of 20+ (onshore/offshore), including Ingestion Lead and Data Stewards.Act as primary liaison to CLIENT Business & IT sponsors; chair steering committees.Maintain RAID log; drive timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with CLIENT audit, security, and regulatory standards.RequiredSkills & Experience10+ years program/project management in data or analytics.Proven track record in financial‐services or other regulated domains.Working knowledge of Snowflake, Collibra, and DQ concepts.Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery and Jira/Confluence tooling.Strong communication and stakeholder‐management skills.PreferredQualificationsPMP, PMI‐ACP, or SAFe SPC.Capital‐markets post‐trade exposure.Experience managing offshore delivery models. KPIs / Success Metrics≥95 % milestones delivered on time/on budget.Stakeholder satisfaction ≥4.5/5.Zero major audit findings at program close.
