Finance Manager

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Finance Manager for a full-time direct hire position. The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management while ensuring oversight of general accounting principles. Acting as a strategic business partner, the role delivers insights to drive decision-making, profitability, and sustainable growth. This position emphasizes hands-on financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with the local Accounting team for accurate and timely financial information.Responsibilities:Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.Develop and maintain financial models for pricing decisions, margin analysis, and strategic projects.Analyze monthly financial results against budget and forecast, identifying variances and opportunities.Prepare monthly management reporting, including KPIs and variance explanations.Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc business cases.Partner with Sales leadership on pricing, volume forecasting, and customer profitability.Collaborate with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams on inventory planning and cost analysis.Monitor operational KPIs related to volume, inventory, and costs.Maintain strong understanding of accounting principles and assist during month-end close.Support audit requests, reconciliations, and internal control activities.Manage local finance team members, promoting standardization and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer-service oriented with effective stakeholder partnership abilities.Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines independently.Demonstrates a proactive, self-starter mindset with detail-oriented commitment.Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or related roles.Prior experience managing or leading analysts is preferred.Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and multi-entity environments.Ability to communicate in Spanish or Mandarin is an asset.Benefits:A comprehensive benefits package is provided including medical, dental and vision coverage along with a retirement savings plan.Salary Disclaimer:Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
