The company is offering extremely competitive compensation along with bonusesand promo path to a PM that comes with an incresed salary, bonus, and $875 a month vehicel allwoance.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations on active healthcare construction projectsEnsure strict compliance with infection control protocols (ICRA), interim life safety measures (ILSM), and hospital access proceduresCoordinate daily activities of subcontractors and verify work is performed according to plans, specifications, and healthcare standardsAssist with developing and maintaining short-interval and look-ahead schedulesMonitor jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirementsConduct and document daily field reports, inspections, and progress updatesSupport implementation of QA/QC practices, including mockups, testing, and punch list trackingCommunicate effectively with hospital staff, project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors to minimize disruption to patient careAssist with material tracking, delivery coordination, and verifying quantities on siteHelp review RFIs, submittals, and field changes as neededParticipate in site logistics planning, phasing coordination, and shutdown planning for critical systemsMonitor and enforce site access control, including badging, PPE, and infection control barriersSupport closeout efforts including commissioning, as-built documentation, and final inspectionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
