When you join Prism,you’renot just processing payroll—you’resupporting the backbone of a growing, high-performing organizationResponsibilities:Set up new jobs and sub-jobs inCMiCPrepare, review, andsubmitmonthly billings, including AIA progress billingsCoordinate closely with Project Management and customers on billing requirementResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquirieSupport Project Management with budgets, billings, andCMiC-related needsAssistwith job closeout documentation, including COIs,affidavits, and final waiverMaintainaccurateproject records and legal documentationEnsure compliance with bonds, OCIP/CCIP, and customer-specific requirementCollect and manage conditional and unconditional lien waiversMaintain organized project files for audit and legal referenceRequirements:Proven experience in construction billing,accounting, or project controlsHands-on experience with AIA billing formats (G702/G703 or similarStrong Excel skills and document management abilitiesExperience working with financialand project management softwareExcellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilitiesClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyBenefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match PTO and Paid Holidays Referral Bonus Program Educational and professional development opportunitiesOur people are the heart of our mission.
