📍 Location: Irvine, CA (on-site with potential for hybrid work during non-busy season)🕒 Type: Full-time💵 Pay: $26 - $31/hour Are you highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, ecommerce, and customer experience?We’re a fast-growing South Asian fashion rental startup looking for an Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to help support daily operations as we continue to grow across the U.S. and Canada.This is a hands-on startup role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being involved in many different areas of a growing business.What You’ll Do:Support customer communication via Shopify chat, email, and textAssist with ecommerce operations, inventory coordination, and order trackingPrepare and pack rental orders for shipmentHelp organize inventory, garment prep, returns, and warehouse workflowAssist with product updates, customer engagement, and general operational supportSupport day-to-day startup operations and administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking For:Highly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with a proactive mindsetComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Shopify or ecommerce strongly preferredInterest in fashion, styling, ecommerce, and customer experienceFamiliarity with South Asian/Indian fashion and wedding culture strongly preferredPositive attitude, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hatsThis is a great opportunity for someone excited to grow with an early-stage startup and become an important part of a growing brand.
