Apply via Dice today!DescriptionOur client is seeking a Technology Manager to serve as a strategic IT leader and business partner across the organization. This individual will drive technology initiatives that support core business operations, optimize enterprise systems, and align IT capabilities with long-term business goals.This role blends business analysis, IT leadership, and project delivery, requiring someone who can influence stakeholders, lead teams, and execute complex technology solutions in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team supporting enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, MES, and other business platformsPartner with business leaders to identify needs and implement scalable technology solutionsOwn IT project delivery-prioritization, resourcing, budgeting, and execution (on time and within budget)Collaborate with IT leadership to build and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to business strategyManage relationships with managed service providers, vendors, and system integratorsOversee operational IT support for the site/region, ensuring high performance and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with SOX and internal controls, including policy development and audit readinessSupport disaster recovery and business continuity planning through testing and executionDrive process improvement through data, reporting, and cross-functional collaborationMentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career developmentRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (STEM or related field preferred)Experience in IT management, business analysis, or IT project managementExperience supporting IT in a manufacturing environmentExperience managing third-party vendors and service providersStrong understanding of enterprise systems such as: ERP (Oracle preferred)CRM (Salesforce preferred)WMS, MES, PLM, and SaaS platformsKnowledge of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and IT operations managementProven ability to align IT solutions with supply chain, manufacturing, and business processesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesCertifications in Project Management, ERP, CRM, Cloud (Azure), or ITILAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
