Assisted Living Clinical Nurse SupervisorBe part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking a full-time experienced Assisted Living Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.
The AL Clinical Supervisor is responsible for administration of day-to-day services for home care clients and Assisted Living residents; responds to tenant and resident emergencies and medical concerns. Operates as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for Home Services and Assisted Living. Provides ongoing customer service to families and staff. Guides staff in compliance with Home Care and Assisted Living regulations. Has overall responsibility for the clinical management of the tenants/residents and the human resource management of the staff. Develops and administers all aspects of nursing services and other health care services provided by the campus.

Location Information
We have four senior communities in Minnesota including Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and our newest partnership with St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, Ohio. All communities are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Qualifications
Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program. Current Minnesota licensure as a registered nurse
Experience: Supervisory experience in an assisted living facility setting is required. Be detail-oriented and self-motivated, have good communication and customer service skills and have BLS CPR training. Holistic-oriented helpful, but not required.

Demonstrated working knowledge of nursing department functions with special emphasis on compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Knowledge of the scope of the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrated abilities to participate in and collaborate with groups.
Ability to positively manage and communicate change and to model appropriate behaviors to staff and others.
High level of commitment to and success with effective customer service skills.
Salary range: $94,806 - $128,648/Annually, based on experience
