Your main responsibilities include:Driving portfolio growth (Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies.Oversight of sales meetings, proposal volume, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps.Responsibility for all associated Key Performance Indicators defined for Repair sales.Facilitating Territory and Corporate portfolio growth initiatives and supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, sales planning, campaigns, and performance management.Fostering strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Providing consistent sales management across a territory, improving execution, accountability, forecasting, and alignment with Schindler's values, strategies, and priorities.Strengthening sales team development, supporting local teams, optimizing resources, and driving measurable results.Key responsibilities include:Growing the portfolio within the territory by supporting and administering Service Sales priorities, standard processes, promoting service products and services, and leveraging Schindler's points of differentiation.Ensuring that General Managers, Branch Managers, or Service Sales Managers are leading consistent and effective meetings with their Service Sales teams.Partnering with departments, particularly the Service Business Line, to facilitate and administer key initiatives and processes throughout the Territory.Developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish Schindler as a preferred service provider.Being a Subject Matter Expert on the systems, processes, and reports that support Service Sales.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of sales experience required.Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.Prior people leadership experience preferred.Elevator industry preferred.What's in it for you?Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - effective from first day of hire.3 weeks' vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.Tuition Reimbursement - eligible after 6 months of service.Parental Leave 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child's birth or adoption.A wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.We Elevate Your Career.
